A. A Condé Nast Gift Card or E-Certificate is a Gift Card or E-Certificate that can be redeemed for a single title, one-year subscription from the selection of Condé Nast magazines available on our website – www.GiveAMagazine.com.
Q. How does a Condé Nast E-Certificate work?
A. A Condé Nast E-certificate is emailed to the email address you provide for your recipient. The recipient redeems the E-certificate on our website www.GiveAMagazine.com. They will simply enter the gift code from the e-gift certificate, select a magazine and enter their mailing address. You do not need to provide your recipient’s mailing address! You will receive a confirmation email when the E-certificate is sent to your recipient.
Q. How is the Condé Nast Gift Card packaged?
A. Each Condé Nast Gift Card is packaged inside a beautifully designed card, and includes a white envelope that is ready to be addressed to your recipient.

A. Condé Nast Gift Cards and E-Certificates can be purchased on our website (www.GiveAMagazine.com). Gift Cards can be mailed via regular mail to either the recipient’s or the purchaser’s address. E-Certificates can be emailed to the recipient’s email address.
Q. How do I redeem a Condé Nast Gift Card or E-Certificate?
A. Condé Nast Gift Cards and E-Certificates are redeemable only online at: www.GiveAMagazine.com in exchange for a one-year magazine subscription as specified in the offer on the card or email. When you enter the redemption code on the back of your card or on your E-certificate, you will be presented with the list of eligible magazines to choose among. Subscriptions are valid for delivery to a U.S. address only.
Q. How long does it take to deliver a Condé Nast Gift Card or E-Certificate?


A. Condé Nast Gift Cards will ship from our warehouse in Des Moines, IA within 3-7 business days after purchase, via first class mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for USPS delivery. E-Certificates will be emailed to the recipient within 48 hours of purchase.
Q. Is there a shipping and handling charge to send a Condé Nast Gift Card?


A. Condé Nast Gift Cards are mailed via USPS first class mail and there is no additional charge for shipping and handling.
Q. Do Condé Nast Gift Cards or E-Certificates ever expire?
A. There is no expiration date on a Condé Nast Gift Card or E-Certificate and we do not charge a fee for holding on to a card beyond a specified time.
Q. Can I return or exchange a Condé Nast Gift Card or E-Certificate?
A. Condé Nast Gift Cards and E-Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged or returned for a cash refund, except as otherwise provided by law.
Q. Can I replace a lost or stolen Condé Nast Gift Card or E-Certificate?
A. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace a lost or stolen Gift Card or E-Certificate.
